<h2><strong>About Our Distinguished Guest</strong></h2><p>Claude received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Grove City College and completed his law degree at New York Law School.&nbsp;</p><p>Before joining WISPA, Claude served at the Federal Communications Commission for nearly a decade, working as the deputy chief of the Competition Policy Division, associate general counsel at the Office of General Counsel, and most recently as the wireline legal advisor under then-Commissioner Mignon Clyburn.&nbsp;</p><p>Claude has been president and CEO at WISPA since 2018 and has sparked serious conversation in the industry after repeatedly emphasizing the role fiber-optic technology needs to play in tandem with wireless technologies.&nbsp;</p>
