Claude received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Grove City College and completed his law degree at New York Law School.
Before joining WISPA, Claude served at the Federal Communications Commission for nearly a decade, working as the deputy chief of the Competition Policy Division, associate general counsel at the Office of General Counsel, and most recently as the wireline legal advisor under then-Commissioner Mignon Clyburn.
Claude has been president and CEO at WISPA since 2018 and has sparked serious conversation in the industry after repeatedly emphasizing the role fiber-optic technology needs to play in tandem with wireless technologies.
