Gigi has worn many, many hats over the course of her career. Among her credits, she is a senior fellow at the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society, a Board Member at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and as of May of this year, the first the Executive Director of the American Association for Public Broadband. She also served as the co-founder of Public Knowledge. 

Gigi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Boston University.
