The ReConnect Program Network Design Certification certifies the proposed network will be designed and constructed to deliver broadband services to all the premises in the proposed funded service area (PFSA, as well as that, as designed, the network can meet the proposed build-out timeline, milestones and construction schedule within the costs specified in the application.
