Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the previous Emergency Broadband Benefit Program has been renamed the Affordable Connectivity Program. Although the program's benefit has been lowered from $50/month to $30/month, the definitions and operative terms of the program remain intact. Under those definitions, an Affordable Connectivity offer is one that is affordable for four-person household that includes two dependents under age 18 and has an income 136% of poverty line.
