Connectivity Profile

Connectivity Profile means using empirical data collection sources, such as internet speed and strength tests, to determine broadband availability measured by download speed, upload speed, latency and jitter for an individual home, business, or community anchor institution. In the aggregate, the data can be used to determine broadband availability for a specific location, neighborhood, census block, census tract, zip code, county or region.
